Terms and Conditions

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and related pest management solutions. Service availability may vary by location, pest type, and property condition.

Some pest services may require a separate contract, including but not limited to:

⦁ Bed bugs
⦁ Fire ants
⦁ Mosquitoes
⦁ Termites
⦁ Other wood-destroying organisms

2. Inspection and Service Recommendations

When an appointment is scheduled, a representative may perform an inspection of the property to assess pest activity and conditions. Based on the inspection, we will recommend a service option that best fits the customer’s needs.

Service recommendations are based on visible conditions and information available at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions or undisclosed issues may affect treatment results.

3. Service Plans and Scheduling

We offer:

⦁ One-time services
⦁ Monthly services
⦁ Quarterly services

Service frequency and treatment scope will be determined based on the selected plan and the pest issue identified.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.

4. Free Re-Treatment Policy

For covered pests under an active service plan, we offer free re-treatment services if pest activity reappears between scheduled services.

This policy applies only to pests covered under the customer’s current plan or contract. Separate-contract pests (such as termites or bed bugs) are not included unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure treatment effectiveness, customers agree to:

⦁ Provide accurate information about pest activity and property conditions
⦁ Follow preparation instructions before treatment, if provided
⦁ Follow post-treatment instructions and sanitation recommendations
⦁ Keep children and pets away from treated areas for the recommended time, if instructed
⦁ Inform us of any chemical sensitivities, health concerns, or special site requirements before service

Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions may affect treatment results.

6. Commercial and Property

Management Services
We provide commercial pest control services for businesses such as restaurants, offices, warehouses, retail spaces, and other facilities.

We also provide services for:

⦁ Real estate inspections and treatments
⦁ Property managers
⦁ Townhouses, duplexes, condos, and rental properties
⦁ HOA-managed properties
⦁ Wood inspections and reports (where applicable)

For chemical-sensitive environments, including hospitals, we may use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies and treatment methods appropriate to the account.

7. Payments and Billing

Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules will be provided at the time of estimate, service agreement, or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

⦁ Payment is due upon completion of service
⦁ Recurring service plans may be billed on an agreed schedule
⦁ Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed or suspended service

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request to cancel or reschedule appointments. We ask for reasonable notice so we can accommodate scheduling changes.

Missed appointments or denied access to the property may be subject to a service fee, if stated in the service agreement.

9. Treatment Results and Limitations

We use professional methods and products to provide effective pest control; however, pest elimination and prevention depend on many factors, including:

⦁ Property conditions
⦁ Sanitation and housekeeping
⦁ Structural issues
⦁ Moisture conditions
⦁ Neighboring infestations
⦁ Customer compliance with recommendations

No service guarantees complete or permanent elimination of pests unless specifically stated in a written agreement.

10. Termite and Wood-Destroying Organism Services

Termite and wood-destroying organism services may require separate inspections, contracts, reports, and treatment terms. Any warranties or guarantees for these services will be governed by the specific contract signed for that service.
